Dr. Timothy Huber, PhD

Dr. Timothy Huber is a Transpersonal Psychologist who believes in the inherent transformative abilities residing in each of us. He specializes in intuitive development, integrative/energy medicine, grief and loss, consciousness and spirituality, working with people who are dealing with life-challenging situations, trauma or illness. Assisting clients individually as well as in groups and retreats, Dr. Huber also offers training programs, consultations and organizational development.

At a young age, Dr Huber had a life-threatening illness which was healed after a Near Death Experience (NDE). This changed his life forever, as he became incessantly curious about death and dying and the purpose of life. Since then, he has embraced a holistic, transpersonal view involving body, mind and Spirit. He has explored many religious and spiritual philosophies and practices.

For the past 35 years, Dr. Huber has practiced in a variety of settings, including hospice, hospitals, clinics, universities and private practice. He also founded and directed a healing retreat center called Victory Winds in Killingworth, Connecticut.

He earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Union Institute and University with a concentration in Transpersonal Psychology. He is a licensed clinical psychologist (CT 2049, CA Psy 20497), nationally certified counselor, registered art therapist, and certified hypnotherapist. He is also a graduate of Boston’s Teleosis School of Homeopathy and has been a homeopathic consultant for almost 20 years. Among the services he offers clients are spiritual mentoring, psychotherapy, hypnosis, energy medicine, lifestyle coaching, retreats and workshops, and health / homeopathic consultations. His approach is integrative. No matter what a client may need help with, he utilizes a multi-modal, holistic approach.
